1990 Espace headlamp washer

Does anybody have a spare right hand headlamp washer jet assembly please, picture of the damaged one that some stupid Yank pulled clean out of the mounting. Also a picture of the complete left hand unit for comparison.
Having now fitted the new windscreen, we are about to put the car in our workshop for a complete repaint and it would be nice to have the replacement washer jet to fit once we have restored the front bumper.
