Where can i get Rubber for my Murena

Im after two pieces, Firstly the rubber that the engine cover sits on, my car knocks, sqeeks and im sure its this coming from this? where can i buy some to replace it.

Secondly the rubber that sits on the outers of the doors, above the metal frame of the door windows and seals the cabin. mine is on its last legs and could do with changing.
