photo on profile

hi how do i put a photo on my profile please?

Click 'Profile' in the top row (below the logo).
Under 'Modify profile' in the left menu block, click 'Forum Profile Information'.
Then select 'I will upload my own picture' and use the 'Browse...' button to select a good image which you want to use.
Finally click the 'Change profile' button in the bottom of the page.
That should do it

That's odd. I have tried changing your 'theme' setting. Could you try again, please?

That's very odd!

Lennart, do you have an idea why he can't see that? I (as an administrator) can open jontherev's account and see the line, but apparantly he can't?

So if that doesn't work, the only way to add the photo is to put your photo on a web server somewhere. An image sharing service should do. Then enter the URL to the photo in the box that you do have.

The 'upload' is more intuitive to use, but as it doesn't work, I'm afraid you will have to do it this way.

I have tried - just for checking, not because I wanted to upload a picture - and indeed: that line is not available in my profile also.

So it seems that line is only for administrators

Until this is resolved, I don't mind adding photos to profiles . Just PM or e-mail me the photo, and I'll put it on your profile.

Oh I'm sorry, I seem to have missed this thread altogether.

The reason is simply that I mistakenly had forgotten to enable that feature for regular members. It should work now. (?)
