Most of times in bad shape.
Out of stock since last millenium.
Very difficult to repair ...
It was very expensive when available

I presume you noticed the nearly chromed finish ?
This is electro galvanised and pasivated.
So much more rust resistant. and .... you can weld it straight away.
Yep, no preparation needed, no harmfull zinc oxide white stuff 

Also ... about everything, bare the windscreen bay panel.

So, if you have a rusty bagheera, you know now what to do ...
