The insurance company Warranty Direct thought it through and chose the parts for the car. For many of you the donor parts may come as a surprise.

The engine comes from a MG TF, which according to Welt is especially error prone.
Transmission tecnique from Land Rover Freelander.
    Brakes from Audi A8
The over-stressed wheel suspensions from BMW M3,
    Ignition system from Mercedes V-klassen.
    Steering mechanism from Volvo V70.
    Ignition system fra Renault Mègane.
    Air condition from Seat Alhambra.
    - and finally, radiator from Seat Toledo.

If this insurance company nightmare car went into production, it would cost the owners €2665 per month in repair bills. That is if repaired in Germany.

Any takers? Shocked
