but I think bikarbonat (bakpulver) can be used, not so effective but still

Try that in Norway where EVERYTHING is restricted, and when you don't even know the norwegian name of the stuff....

Yeah, I know Oskar, Caustic soda is no problem getting, heard that bakpulver was rather ineffective tho...
