There are currently 2 interersting Murenas on Ebay in Germany at the moment, firstly a black convertable, looks OK from a distance but close up, well I guess its not going to be to everyones choice.. The second is pretty standard except for square headlights, now this I feel is not a bad option, i've always wondered if the Murena would look better with square lights, again its down to choice.. I'm sure they'll be gone soon so get a look in while you can..

I did notice the convertible. It is a turbo conversion, but not one based on the 505...

I saw the Murena cabriolet at a Matra meeting in Northern Germany a few years back. At that time the design was a little different, amongst other things is was a spider version at the time with only a very low windscreen of plexiglas.
The quality of the conversion was very bad a typical home made and quick made “angel grinder” conversion.

The turbo engine is from a SAAB.

I disliked the car so much that I did not even take any pictures!

Just looked at the two Murenas on ebay.de. The convertible could have been nice, if he had not made such a butt-ugly roof. I think a targa version would have been nicer.
