Lucky me- off to classic le mans!

Hi all,

I'm off to classic le mans tomorrow morning for the first time, sadly not in my Murena, fingers crossed we'll make in a biturbo instead... If anyone else is going and wants to meet up and purve over lots of classics, or even just sit at the bar and talk matras, txt me on 07846 951792, it would be nice to meet up. I'm hoping to see and hear some matras over the weekend so  I'll be sure to take lots of snaps and post them on my return,

Why is there a Matra badge on the Ferrari but I gave myself full marks for spotting it!

Ive so much more but i'm sure this will kill the site so PLEASE save your pennies and see you there in 2 years!

This particular 670 is living in Cannes on display in the auto museum there. I saw it first time in 2004 there. Magnificent car!

This car sounded amazing! The Ferrari V12's sounded great but this just screamed above the lot of them! There car seemed to be driven very steady (as I guess I would if I owned it) but it was amazing to see how hard some cars were pushed, I'd have loved to have seen some of the lap times for the faster cars!

Thats what I thought, I asked one of the guys who worked on ther car but he didnt know what the badge was let alone why it was on..
