Thanks for all.
The link recommended by JV is very useful.

p.s.: Michaltalbot I understand you. Hungarian politicians are the same or worse... Sometimes I am really ashamed of them...

It's the same everywhere - look at european politics...

http://dotsub.com/view/01ad2718-073c-474a-ac40-c7a72e199d55 it's in German language with Czech subtitles, but think that it don't need a comment - they are going there only for money and then they are leaving.

Grills have been removed and repair is almost ready. It needs some filler, sanding and a new paint at the end.
Defect was replaced by glass fiber kit (green). To give the form a stock was made of a piece of aluminium plate covered by foil tape to make removal easier. Then it was strengthened by a layer of glass fiber and two layers of epoxy resin on both side. It looks quite good...
Hopefully it will be longlasting. :)

Thanks, but I was only an "apprentice", my father was the expert. However I could learn a lot. But his name is also the same... :)

Oetker: Is the body panel above the tail lights only riveted to the chassis?

I didn't have it off completely, only the side rivets, but as far I can recall there is 1 rivet to the side en 2 rivets at bottom of that panel.
There was some kit between panel and chassis needed  for making things more watertight.
I feel like Jonah, only my fish looks different.

My rear panel was held on only by the rivets on the top and underneath with no sealant.

One more question...

What was the original colour of the area between the tail lights underneath the plate? Black or the colour of the car?

I am pretty certain it is matt or satin black but I have sprayed mine the colour of the car.

Today I removed the rear panel. There was some glue at the sides but it was not sticky so it was quite easy.

Now I am busy with the rear fender removal... not so easy...
I started with the left one. About a third of it is loose, the rear part so I am quite optimistic.
If I am not mistaken the applied glues are the same as the glue on the front bumper. The sides (bends) of the bumper are glued with a hard material and the upper line of the rear fender has the same. It is very difficult to remove...
Other parts of the fender are glued with a soft and sticky material which is the same as the glue of the indicator and fog light inserts in the front bumper. It is easy to cut...

I hope I will have some time tomorrow to continue the work. I will share my experience and post some photos.
