Planning to upgrade my Murena (2.2S Engine) and have been looking at the camshafts that are sold by Politecnic. Have tried to find some information on their “maxi route” camshaft (lift 7.60 mm  - 260° ad. X 296° Ech.) on how driveable it is and what range it has in form of performance.

Is there anyone on this forum that might have some info on the behaviour of the above camshaft? Thanks!

Cheers
Leo

Hi
I have a Politecnic 152 cv camshaft in my 2.2 (I do not know if the 152cv cam is the same as the maxi-route) But anyway I find the 152 cv converted engine very drivable, no problems at all.

Tanks for your reply, but it's not the same as the "152 cv camshaft" (152 hp). The "Maxi route" is supposed to deliver much more effect than the 152 cv, and I was curios on if it still had low and mid register... or if the low register was gone, making it unusable for normal driving.
