The best answer to this will you get at Carjoy. You will need also a subframe what you can get there.

Are you planning to put a Alfa V6 in a 2.2 Murena, or get rid of a V6 and replace it with the original engine again?

Fitting the Alfa V6 took me 7 years, but once it works, it's worth the wait. The engine really suits the car in my opinion. Cost: expect to spend a lot. The engine's are old and the wiring-bundle should be made new because the insulation of the wires fails. Carjoy has a good solution to get the gear-movements very tight. You need new exhaust parts to get the exhaust fitted. Fuel-tank should go in the front or should be altered. It really is quite some work...

But as mentioned before; worth the while.
