I suspect that they would have come up with something a little more innovative than what is just a rather wide copy of a Lotus Exige in carbon fibre...

Me too.  It would have sounded nicer with a retro Busso-style V6 but 4 cylinder engines are lighter.

I have owned three times more Alfas than Matras and I have had two Ranchos, two Bagheeras and still have a murena   ;D
