In case anyone is wondering what winter tyres (yes, we do that here in Denmark!) to put on his car, heres' what I've done...:

Fronts are 185/55-R14 Pirelli Snowsport.
Rears are 195/60-R14 Continental winterContact TS780

Rims are Borbet CA which I could find with the correct hub size, PCD and offset (it's 30, ideal is 28).

I think they are excellent - I have to get used to the look of the new rims though! Cheesy

But the mechanic pointed out that the outer steering joints had completely failed, they have developed serious wear in just two months! There was nothing in August - now both sides are worn... I guess that's just a lilttle warning to you all: when you start using your Murena on a daily basis, things like this will wear out if they are close to the limit (so to speak) already.

I can followup with my setup:

Goodyear Ultragrip-5 195/60/14 rear
Goodyear Ultragrip-5 185/60/14 front

and they are absolutely fantastic, - LOADS of grip, and a ride comfort which makes the Murena go like a magic  carpet.   I'm not kidding, - they are really that good.

On my Espace JE I have Continental WinterContact TS790 225/55/R16 on all four corners.
