Yes, yet another question. Does anyone know where I can get a back box for a 2.2DCi grand Espace? My local factors have the "short" variant, eBay is utterly useless as most listings are over £100 and the others are only short versions again. Or does anyone have a part number that will fit?

Try ebay number 231875430335, 40 quid plus 14 postage, as far as I can see that is not the short one and should fit your car.

Thanks for the reply, its for a Mk4 DCi though so won't fit, mine is a Matra one (Mk3, see sig). Unless I get a V6 one or Diesel Turbo one? Does anyone know if there is much difference between those exhausts? Does the DCi engine have any special requirements on the flow of exhaust gasses to the rear?

I did a little digging around while on the train home, the 2.2 DT and 2.2 DCi have different exhaust systems, crap! I did find a place that apparently does the parts. which looks to be 2 silencers put together on a long piece of pipe.

Good news is that its a one piece item, fewer items to replace in other words, bad bits?
Its expensive and that pipe will blow the budget I have set myself, being 3x more expensive. I'm  now jealous of all you DT owners and standard espace owners. Parts are soo much easier to find, unless someone is willing to sell me a DT espace, reliving me of a few notes. (Although they have drum brakes I think ;( )

I'll have to scour around for a few used ones.
