Coolant/Anti Freeze. The changing of?

I wondered if anyone could help with guidance to changing the Coolant and replacing?
Are there any coolant bleed screws in the system, where is it best to drain the coolant from. And to top up from.
The reason I ask is I have a hand book but I do not speak French so it is as good as a chocolate fireguard to me.
Hope someone can give guidance?
