My Espace JE 2.0 8V (F3R-768 engine) from 1997 started dripping this winter, it took some time to cure, but now it's dry: The oil seals at the front of the engine has been changed, including the seal around the plate holding the third timing belt wheel in place. In other variants of the enigne, this weel drives the oil pump, but the -768 has the oil pump driven by a chain.
It's great to have a dry car :-)
This picture is from when I attempted to cure the problem by changing the sump gasket.
Note that it was also dripping from the gear change mechanism (visible in the bottom of the picture). This has been fixed too :-)
