Bgaheera series II - what alternator can I fit in?

HI guys,

I am quite new to this forum and have recently become a happy owner of Baggy S II. I have problems with alternator which seems not to charge the battery along with a very annoying sound it makes while running.

Could you please let me know what model of alternator i could use from other cars - maybe Simca, Talbot Renault? That would make a day for me.
