I guess she is just very tolerable :D

It is certainly better than had she said " I love the Murena, but I hate YOU!" :-)
so, I think you're right - she has accepted you need the Murena.

Now, what will you tell her, when you buy a Djet to supplement the collection ? :->

Haha, good point! I have thought of that, actually.....
I'll say it's for the children's sake! I have almost promised one of my sons a Lotus Elise (for me, of course, but he can ride with me) and this one looks like he needs something sporty for himself to drive....: ;)

(This is my boy Jens in an Aquila FZ1 Formula Ford - another example of the fact that it *is* possible for a small and efficient team to build cars that are just as good as the ones created by bigger organisations: The Aquila is the result of two engineers' hard work on creating a better Formula Ford car. There is a connection, I think, to what Matra did.)

 ;D ;D ;D

My wife finally capitulated! After weeks of nagging and dropping hints... ;)

She still doesn't like the car, but she realises that it is important for me.

I'm probably going to pick up the car this afternoon.

I hope I haven't done something I will regret... but if I don't try I will never know what it is like to own and to drive a Murena!

YES!  :D Congratulations and that's what I said: if she loves You, she will accept it... So maybe that she doesn't like a Murena but You can be sure that she loves You, and that "also" is important! :)

Perhaps it's Michal who should do the marriage counceling.

spending years drinking beer on the couch watching football is not good for the original state.
