Well life is going on and there are some news in my, not only, Matra life

I'm divorced, but not unhappy, my new girlfriend is an old car enthusiast as me, and yestarday she bought this beauty:



Two weeks ago, there was the Truck Grand Prix in Most circuit. One girl form management knows me from the past and she offered me cca 30 minutes on saturday in the program. So I organised cca 15 older sport cars for the exhibition, but at least there came only 4 Murenas, Simca 1200 S Coupe, 2 Chevy Camaro and Mercedes 500SEC. So we were only eight cars, but it was beautifull. Some pics are here:

The autor is a Camaro fan, but you can see how slowly his 5,0 V8 is. The other Camaro is completely rebuilted with 6,3 V8 400PS modified suspension, large wheels, etc. But I was faster this time and I won the race Other cars are:
silver Murena 2,2
green Murena 1,6
red Murena 1,6
grey Mercedes 500SEC
red Simca 1200 S

For next year I want to organise more Matras (Bagheera, 530) so if you want to be there, let me know.

It sounds and looks like a very nice event! A bit far to go for me, unfortunately

I like the first photo in the series, it must be your car "in action" with the kerb in front and wheels spinning. Excellent!

Congratulations to your girlfriend with the yellow beauty. Is it a conversion or a real S?

No, it is 1,6 with "S" spoilers  but price was very very low. We must to buy original wheels and repaint the door rims back to black.
