Alloys for a Bagheera

Anyone have any preference on alloys / suppliers / manufacturers for alloys? I have the originals (shod with 165 at the front and 185 at the rear) but may go for something prettier downstream.

Is there a modern equivalent car whose alloys go straight on?

Well going by stud pattern, which I believe to be 4x98 you could try most alfas and fiats, if you are prepared to 'oval' the holes a bit with a file the 4x100s from a ford may fit.  You would have to find out the corrrect offset though, I tried fitting the alloys from an Audi A3 to a golf once - the calipers fouled the wheels which is odd as they are basically the same car!

I have seen a Murena with VW Golf rims which according the owner was a direct bolt on. The bolt spacing is 100 mm instead of the 98 mm, but you just need some special bolts with a lose cone that can move a few mm side wards (do NOT make the bolt holes in the rim a bit oval as suggested).
