No, not cheap at all. But they look good.

What thickness are they? When Roy fitted new discs on mine some four years ago they were actually one mm under nominal dimension (they were 10, nominal thickness is 11 mm). With minimal thickness of 9 mm, that left only 1 mm for wear on mine, so I may need to replace them early.
