The work has been done professionaly by Onpira GmbH, in Zittau. Cost 140 Euro.

How many Nm to fit the steeringwheel center nut?

After 2 times fastening by hand the steer came loose after a while.
Last time I did it pneumatic and no more problem.
I feel like Jonah, only my fish looks different.

I have attached the torque values from the Steering/Lenkung section of a German Murena Manual.

"Lenkrad an Linkspindel" is the nut in question and is 55 Nm.

N.B. From my removals and refittings of the steering wheel over the years and the nut coming loose, I now first clean both threads with contact cleaner, apply Loctite 243, then tighten as hardest possible with a 1/2" drive socket set.
